1. About HowToParaguay

HowToParaguay ("we", "us", "our") is a technology-enabled service coordination platform that assists individuals with Paraguay residency applications and company incorporation. Our services are provided through this website at howtoparaguay.com.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; material changes will be communicated via email to registered clients.

2. Services & Scope

HowToParaguay provides immigration process coordination services, including but not limited to:

• Document audit and pre-departure preparation guidance
• Coordination with licensed Paraguayan attorneys (abogados) for residency applications
• Company incorporation (SRL/SA) coordination via licensed local professionals
• Client dashboard access for case tracking and document management
• Ongoing compliance reminders and renewal support

3. Fees & Payment

Our service fees are fixed and all-inclusive for the professional coordination services described. Government fees (approximately $554 total for visa application and residency filing) are paid separately and directly to Paraguayan authorities — these are not included in our fee.

Payment terms:

• Service fees are payable in full upon engagement
• We accept wire transfer, credit/debit card, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and USDT
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

4. Refund Policy

If we are unable to successfully file your residency application due to reasons attributable to us, we will provide a full refund of our service fee (excluding government fees already paid).

Once your application has been formally filed at the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones, our professional service fee is non-refundable, as significant professional resources have been expended.

Refunds are not issued for application rejections caused by applicant-provided incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information, or for changes in immigration law or policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your situation
• Promptly supply required documents in the format and quality specified
• Maintain at least one visit to Paraguay per year while holding temporary residency
• Notify us of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your application
• Not use our platform or services for any illegal purpose

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we have a strong track record of successful residency applications when clients provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee approval by Paraguayan immigration authorities. Final decisions rest with the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones.

Tax benefits, passport rankings, and other jurisdictional characteristics described on this website are provided for informational purposes only and may change due to legislative or regulatory changes. We recommend consulting a qualified international tax advisor for your specific situation.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information to deliver our services. This includes:

• Identity documents (passport, birth certificate) for residency processing
• Contact information (email, phone, address) for service delivery
• Payment information (processed securely; we do not store card numbers)
• Communication records for case management purposes

Your data is shared only with licensed Paraguayan attorneys and other professionals necessary to deliver your service. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Documents uploaded to our platform are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
